About Brianna Leung
I work with leaders in professional services firms to help them clarify direction, align people around strategy, and lead through moments of change. My work sits at the intersection of strategic planning, organizational change, and facilitation, often during periods of growth, transition, or leadership shift.
I bring more than two decades of experience working with law firms and professional services organizations. Over the course of my career, I have advised firms of all sizes, from boutiques to Am Law 100, supporting managing partners, executive committees, practice leaders, and senior professionals as they navigate complexity and make important decisions about what comes next.
What sets my work apart is not a single methodology, but how I approach the work itself. I am known for creating space for honest conversation, helping leaders surface what matters, and bringing structure and perspective to complex issues. Whether I am facilitating a leadership retreat, advising on strategic alignment, or delivering a keynote, my focus is on helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and shared understanding.
I founded Red Bird Strategy to offer thoughtful, practical support to leaders facing real-world challenges. I work independently and am directly involved in every engagement, partnering closely with clients to design work that fits their context and goals.
Outside of client work, I am an active speaker and facilitator for leadership teams, professional associations, and industry conferences. I am especially passionate about helping leaders navigate change in a way that strengthens trust, engagement, and long-term momentum.
If you are navigating a moment that matters and want a trusted partner to help guide the work, I welcome a conversation.

Why the Red Bird?
Have you ever heard the song of a cardinal? It's not only loud, but also very clear. And if you listen closely, you'll hear "Cheer, Cheer, Cheer". It's the song of the cardinal that catches my initial attention. But then, as I look toward the sound, I'm delighted when I see a bright, spunky bird alone on a branch. He is small but his color is so vibrant, he stands apart from his surroundings - he captures my eye and holds my attention. And as I continue to be captivated by his boldness, I know with a certainty that change is in the air.
“I established Red Bird Strategy because I want to work with people and businesses who aim to shake up the status quo, be bold, and take flight.”
